About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier technology talent with our innovative client companies.

You'll leverage our AI-powered platform and your industry expertise to identify exceptional candidates and build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and IT professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology companies and startups
  • Utilize our AI-powered matching platform to identify ideal candidate fits
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical assessments
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between clients and candidates
  • Provide career guidance and negotiation support to candidates
  • Meet and exceed individual and team placement targets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment, either agency or corporate
  • Proven track record of successfully placing software engineers and technology professionals
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
